FAQ's about ordering & payments
If you want to change something in your order such as a product or address, it is useful to call us directly. If the package is already prepared for shipment, it is not possible to change anything. If it is not already, we can change/cancel products of the same price or cheaper. If you want to order something extra, it is not possible. However, we can hold the order until the 2nd order is placed. We can then combine the 2 orders and refund any double shipping costs afterwards.
If you wish to cancel your order, the quickest way is to give us a call. If it's not ready to ship yet, we will cancel your order and refund you in the same way you paid us.
The status of your order is updated in your Pink Gellac account. When your package is ready to ship, we will also send you an e-mail with a tracking code.
If you have not received a confirmation, please check your SPAM folder first! It could also be that your email address is not correctly registered with us. You can always send us a message so we can check it for you and send you a confirmation and track and trace code.

- Klarna pay Later
- Apple Pay
Yes, it is possible to pay at Pink Gellac. Choose the option 'Pay later' during check-out and pay to Klarna after you have received your order.
Yes, of course! You can enter your gift code during check-out in the field 'Gift voucher or discount code'.
Do you have a business account with us? Then you will always benefit from the business discount with us. We do not offer any additional discounts on orders in addition to promotions or discount codes.
