Every year, we launch 6 collections perfectly suited to the season and current fashion trends. In this new Pink Gellac Colour store, you will find the largest selection of 14-day lasting pink nail polishes.
Pink Gellac Colour Boutique Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you are the driving force behind our store's success. Together with your team, you provide our customers with an unforgettable shopping experience. You have extensive product knowledge, which you use to advise and inspire both existing and new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide personal advice to customers
- Plan and manage staff schedules
- Evaluate and analyze sales results
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory and planning
- Initiate and execute store activities and promotions
- Communicate commercial opportunities to headquarters
Who we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic and commercial personality
- Experience as (Assistant) Store Manager in retail
- Interest in beauty and cosmetics
- Availability of 40 hours per week, including one weekend day per week (with 12 paid compensation days)
- Representable and good command of the Dutch language
- Commercial, service-oriented, and solution-oriented
- Flexible and living in the Bruges area
