Organization

Our charming office villa is located in Hilversum. At this location a team of 50 colleagues (Management, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Product Development, and Customer Service) make sure to give our customers the best product & brand experience. We have a production facility nearby in Baarn where our products are made, and we have an enthusiastic team that staffs our beautiful stores. We currently have 13 boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

What will you do?

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing Pink Gellac’s social media strategy to increase online presence, engage with audiences, and ultimately achieve marketing goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Social media strategy& execution including channel strategy in existing and new focus markets; decide where and how to play.
  • Management of all PG social media accounts, collaborate with Growth, Brand, CRM and Web teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Responsibility content calendar and scheduling of content, ensuring close alignment Commercial calendar.
  • New content creation: spot latest social trends and translate in to concepts.
  • Build relationships with online community – actively engage in conversations.
  • Setting of guidelines on how and when to respond, close collaboration with Consumer Care team.
  • Leverage performance metrics to learn what’s working and where we can improve, report on KPI’s such as reach, impressions and engagement.

What are we looking for?

  • Creative and proactive mindset: You bring fresh ideas and are eager to stay ahead of social media and beauty trends.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple projects and execute them flawlessly.
  • Energetic and independent: You take initiative and can work autonomously while contributing to team goals.

Additionally, you have:

  • 3-5 years of social media management and/or community management experience.
  • You’re independent, self-driven, and thrive when given responsibility—you’ll be the go-to person for our social channels.
  • Engaging content creation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Pinterest, you know the platforms inside out.
  • At minimum Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch, French or German is a bonus.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week, with flexibility when needed.
