Exchange & returns
You can always exchange or return your Pink Gellac order within 30 days after your purchase. Have you bought a starter set and are you still not convinced after 30 days? Then you can simply return the set. So you don't run any risk.
You must first register your Pink Gellac return via email@example.com after which you will receive the return instructions by e-mail. Once your return has reached us, it will be processed as quickly as possible (within 5 working days at the latest). You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt via the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Please note: if you have purchased a Colour Box or Starter Pack, you must return it completely.
At Pink Gellac we have a 30 day 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our products. This gives you enough time to find out whether you like our product.

Once we have received the return shipment, it will be processed within 5 working days at the latest. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
We don't offer free returns. If you want to return or exchange a product, the costs for this are for your own account. In case of an exchange, we will send you the desired products free of charge.
Did you receive a damaged product or did your Pink Gellak product break within the warranty period? Please contact our customer service. A broken Pink Gellac product that falls within the warranty can of course be returned free of charge.
It is not possible to return your online order to our stores. If you bought the order in store, this is ofcourse possible. Please do not forget your receipt.
