For our store in Utrecht, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who, together with the Store Manager, will help create the ultimate Pink Gellac experience.

Every year, we launch 6 collections perfectly suited to the season and current fashion trends. Pink Gellac Colour Boutique Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are committed to improving the store's performance. You do this by offering excellent customer service, ensuring good teamwork, and leading goal-oriented projects. You are also the right-hand of the Store Manager, meaning you can step in and take over leadership when the Store Manager is absent.
In a unique ambiance, you provide customers with personalized advice tailored to their specific needs. With your enthusiastic demeanor, you demonstrate our products and inspire our (new) fans. We will, of course, train you to get to know the assortment and advise customers on the right products.
In addition to helping customers in the store, your duties as Assistant Store Manager will include:
- Being a role model for your team and an ambassador for Pink Gellac
- Supporting the Store Manager in creating a positive culture based on constructive feedback
- Assisting in recruiting and retaining a diverse, talented store team
- Coaching the team and fostering engagement to empower them
- Being a sparring partner for the Store Manager and helping organize daily activities
Who we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic personality with a commercial drive
- Interest in beauty/cosmetics
- Available at least 32 hours a week
- Presentable and proficient in Dutch
- Commercial, service-oriented, and solution-focused
- Living in the vicinity of the store
