Organization

Our charming office villa is located in Hilversum. At this location a team of 50 colleagues (Management, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Product Development, and Customer Service) make sure to give our customers the best product & brand experience. We have a production facility nearby in Baarn where our products are made, and we have an enthusiastic team that staffs our beautiful stores. We currently have 13 boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

What will you do?

You will collaborate closely with our Influencer & PR Manager to organize impactful campaigns and events while nurturing relationships with our micro-influencers. With a mix of creativity and precision, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand presence.

Your responsibilities

  • Event Management: Own the event calendar and lead the organization of store openings, influencer events, and press days. Manage budgets and ensure flawless, on-brand execution.
  • Influencer Campaigns: Set up and manage campaigns with our micro-influencers, from product seeding to content approval. Build active relationships with key influencers and engage with their content on social media. Analyze results: track engagement rates, impressions, and conversions to measure campaign success.
  • Content Activation: Spot great influencer content to leverage on relevant social channels and work with the Growth team on paid content strategies.
  • PR Support: support the Influencer & PR Manager with activities such as product seeding, maintaining press lists, and managing the image bank.
  • Budget Management: Plan and execute activities within the allocated budget.

What are we looking for?

  • Creative and proactive: You bring fresh ideas and are eager to stay ahead of social media and beauty trends.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple projects and execute them flawlessly.
  • Energetic and independent: You take initiative and can work autonomously while contributing to team goals.

Additionally, you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, PR, and/or social media is a plus.
  • A strong interest in influencers, beauty and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch, French or German is a bonus.
  • Analytical skills: ability to derive actionable insights from data and planning of budget.
  • 1 year of work experience.
