Pink Gellac gives colour to everyday life, empowering our wearers to express themselves and feel confident. We offer salon quality gel polish, making a gel polish manicure accessible to all. We sell starter kits and more than 270 colours via our own website and our Pink Gellac Colour Boutiques. As we sell directly to our customers, a perfect customer experience is ensured through premium products and best in class service and support.
Pink Gellac is the market leader in gel nail polish in the Netherlands and Belgium and expands fast in Europe and the US.
To strengthen our customer service in countries outside of Belgium and The Netherlands we are looking for an enthusiastic and multilingual Customer Service Representative.
Organization
Our charming office villa is located in Hilversum. At this location a team of 50 colleagues (Management, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Product Development, and Customer Service) make sure to give our customers the best product & brand experience. We have a production facility nearby in Baarn where our products are made, and we have an enthusiastic team that staffs our beautiful stores. We currently have 13 boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative at Pink Gellac, you are the main point of contact for our customers. You will provide them with the best customer service and assist with questions regarding products, orders, and deliveries. You will also ensure phone availability for our French speaking customers.
Your responsibilities?
- Deliver excellent service to our customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Maintain and update customer communication via social media and marketplaces.
- Assist with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient communication.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on our product offerings and company policies.
What are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate speaks fluent French and English, with a good command of Dutch as a plus.
- A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
- Flexible to work in the evenings and weekends.
- Eager to learn and grow within our vibrant team.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, particularly in the beauty industry.
