Job Description
As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our store. Working with your team, you’ll provide customers with an unforgettable shopping experience. You’ll have a strong knowledge of our products, which you’ll use to advise and inspire both new and returning customers. If your product knowledge is still developing, don’t worry – we’ll train you to become a Pink Gellac expert. Ongoing education is part of the package, ensuring you and your team are always up to date!
Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the store team
- Delivering excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience
- Offering product demonstrations and personalised advice to customers
- Planning and managing staff rotas
- Reviewing and analysing sales performance
- Conducting performance reviews
- Organising staff training in product knowledge and sales techniques
- Managing stock and planning inventory needs
- Initiating and running in-store activities and promotions
- Communicating commercial opportunities to the head office
Who we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic, commercially-minded personality
- Experience as a (Assistant) Store Manager in retail
- An interest in beauty and cosmetics
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Professional appearance and strong Dutch language skills
- Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-driven
- Flexible and ideally living in or near Utrecht
