E-commerce Specialist | 36-40 hours per week

We are looking for a French or German speaking E-commerce Specialist to join our E-commerce team.

Responsibilities

As one of our E-commerce Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our international website & app. You will ensure all aspects of the E-commerce experience—including content, merchandising, conversion rate optimization, and SEO—are strategically aligned and locally relevant to drive engagement and revenue growth.

In this role, you will manage and optimize on-site content, creating and adapting materials such as inspiring product stories, loyalty program highlights, and educational guides. By delivering a seamless and engaging customer journey, you will contribute to a more compelling shopping experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, tech professionals, and CRM specialists, to ensure all E-commerce elements work cohesively.

Beyond content management, you will focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), merchandising strategies, and developing a robust SEO strategy tailored to your focus region. This includes conducting keyword research, crafting SEO-optimized content, analysing customer behaviour, testing new approaches to enhance the shopping experience, and implementing data-driven improvements to maximize conversion and sales. With a comprehensive understanding of our digital storefronts, you will develop localized strategies that boost customer satisfaction and business performance.

You will monitor website performance using analytics tools, working with our E-commerce Manager and Development teams to identify and implement enhancements. Staying ahead of industry trends, conducting competitor benchmarking, and continually refining SEO best practices will ensure our platforms remain both customer-centric and cutting-edge. Profile

  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a team;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience;
  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in the field of Digital Marketing, Commercial Economics, or Business Administration;
  • Experience with keyword research and writing SEO texts;
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus;
  • Strong passion for E-commerce and interest in consumer behaviour;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Fluent/native in French or German with English as your primary working language.
