Pink Gellac offers a 30 day return policy. Are you still unsure about Pink Gellac’s starter set after 30 days of using it? We provide the option of returning the starter set. Don’t worry we have you covered. We will refund you the entire amount including any shipping and payment costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. As per company policy we will refund you the amount only after receiving your items or on you providing proof that you sent the items.
Yes, you can! Please note that products can no longer be exchanged online. To exchange products, including those from online purchases, please visit one of our Colour Boutiques. Please bring your order number or purchase receipt with you, along with the relevant products.
Email info@pinkgellac.com to return your items. Follow the instructions provided in the email to return your items. As soon as we receive your items, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your items. The amount will be credited using the same payment method you used to purchase your items.
All items in the Collection Box and Starter Set need to be returned for your refund to be processed. You can fill out the return form for your returns. Kindly request you to create your own return label. If you want to cancel your order, do let us know within 30 days of receiving your items.

Returns are possible via the return form. Kindly request you to create your own return label. You can also use the European withdrawal form to notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase. Filing up this form is not a mandatory requirement.
At Pink Gellac, products can be exchanged or returned in our shops within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure to bring your order number or receipt for verification. Starter sets and collection boxes should be returned in their original packaging. Please note that online purchases can only be exchanged in-store, not returned.

Was your item damaged when you received it or break during the warranty period? Contact our customer service department for assistance. If your Pink Gellac product gets damaged within the warranty period you can return it free of cost. You will be held liable if you damage any item extensively.
Warranty
Every Pink Gellac product comes with a 30-day return policy and a 100% refund guarantee. Our LED lamps come with a 2-year warranty. Warranty periods are listed on our website and apply to the manufacturer's warranty and a seller-provided warranty offered Pink Gellac. Warranties listed on the website do not affect the legal warranty that applies to Pink Gellac.
The legal guarantee applies to all products that you purchase from Pink Gellac. Our legal guarantee promises that our products will perform or provide services that customers can expect within reason.
In order to claim your warranty, you will need to provide us with a short video explaining the issues or complaints you are having with your product. Can you demonstrate how you operate the LED lamp; how you connect it and switch it on? We will provide you with a free return label if applicable. We will only accept the LED lamp along with the original cable provided. Once we receive all the products, we will dispatch a new LED lamp. The warranty for the LED lamp is valid from 2 years of the original date of purchase.

To register a complaint about our products and services request you to contact us through the contact form. We will address your complaint within 14 days. DISSATISFIED? Do submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel. You can also forward your complaints to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel through the European ODR Platform.
