Yes, we offer gift wrapping for select products. It is available for Compact and Premium Starter Sets, as well as Collection Boxes. Simply choose the gift wrapping option during the checkout process, and we'll make sure your order arrives beautifully wrapped for that special touch.

If your order hasn’t been shipped then you have the option to cancel it. You can reach out to us during working hours and we will assist you in the cancellation process. If your order is in transit and you want to cancel it, don’t worry. Once you receive your order, contact us and we will provide you with link where you can enter details to return your items. Click the link to return the order to us. Once our returns department receives your items, we will proceed with canceling your order. Contact us if you require further assitance.

Log into your Pink Gellac account to check the status of your order. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track your items.

Do check your SPAM folder for our order confirmation email. Also double check if you have entered your email address correctly. You can also email us and after we investigate, we will send you an order confirmation along with the track and trace code.

As soon as you see a product you want, click on the add button and it will get added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping for other products or proceed to the checkout and purchase your product. The shopping cart offers you an overview of all the products you have selected. You can edit your order. Once you have the items you want to purchase, you can proceed. Click on Complete order. Enter the delivery address and payment details. Once you completed all the steps, your order will be successfully placed. Congratulations on your new Pink Gellac items. Check your email for an order confirmation. Do log into your Pink Gellac account to place your order. Since we have your details, we can serve you faster.

Pink Gellac offers a number of payment options for you to choose from:
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, American Express)
- PayPal
- Sofort (Sofort allows you to make a payment via your internet banking system)
- Klarna pay Later
- Fashioncheque (Fashioncheque is currently supported in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany)

Yes, Pink Gellac offers the option of buying first and paying later. You can choose Klarna pay later during the checkout and after you receive your order, proceed to pay Klarna.

Sure! Easily pay with our own Pink Gellac Gift Card. At checkout, choose 'Gift Cards', where you will be redirected to a new window. There, select the Pink Gellac Gift Card and fill in the required details. Please note that the other gift cards options aren't available yet in Denmark. The Pink Gellac Gift Card can be used for amounts up to €150.

Please note that we also have Pink Gellac Gift Vouchers. The Pink Gellac Gift Voucher contains a code which can be entered at checkout in the box: ‘Discount Codes & PG Gift Vouchers’. Once you have entered the code, click on apply. After this, the amount will be deducted from the total. The total amount must be redeemed in one go and does not work in combination with other ongoing promotions or other discount codes. The value of the shopping cart must be equal to or higher than the value of the gift voucher.

Please note that besides gift vouchers, we have our own Pink Gellac Gift Card available in our webshop and colour boutiques from Q4 2024. Paying with a gift card is slightly different from paying with the gift voucher. At checkout, choose 'Gift Cards', where you will be redirected to a new window. There, select your gift card and fill in the required details.
