Refund policy

You can return your order or specific products from your order within 30 days of receiving them.

Simply send an email to info@pinkgellac.com stating that you want to start a return and include your order number. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
