HR Internship

Are you a real people person with a passion for HR? At Pink Gellac, we're looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team!

What you'll be doing:

As an HR intern at Pink Gellac, you’ll have the opportunity to get fully involved in our HR department. You’ll help improve our HR processes, systems, training initiatives and administration. During your internship, you’ll also take ownership of your own project—giving you the chance to make a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, organising and restructuring employee documents.
  • Coordinating employee data across various HR systems.
  • Setting up and testing workflows, templates, and HR processes.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of colleagues.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including contract management, leave tracking, and personnel files (in line with Dutch legislation such as the Wet Poortwachter).
  • Helping to organise team activities, staff meetings, and events.
  • Contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Supporting payroll administration.

Who are we looking for?

  • You’re currently studying at HBO level in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You’re proactive, independent, and well-organised.
  • You’re comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You’re a real team player with a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
  • You’re available 32–40 hours per week for a full-semester internship.
