Administrative Assistant

To expand our Finance & HR team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Pink Gellac continues to grow, both online and with its own stores. At the moment, we have brand stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, and we are actively working on expanding further within Europe. Of course, we cannot do this without dedicated and enthusiastic employees. Due to this growth, we are in search of an administrative assistant.


We have been working hard recently to professionalize all company and administrative processes. We use Exact Online for our financial administration and Personio for our HR department. We are looking for additional administrative support in these areas.

Your responsibilities will include processing purchase invoices, occasionally creating manual sales invoices, and updating bank transactions in the general ledger. Various journal entries will be within your purview, and you will monitor intercompany accounts on a daily basis. You will also manage the accounts payable administration and prepare payments. Various master data tasks are part of your scope. You will assist the HR manager with administrative tasks, and you will also handle various office management activities, such as weekly mailings, various office orders, and some secretarial tasks for the management team.
In practice, your role will encompass both Finance and HR domains. In short, it is a versatile position where you can contribute broadly and enjoy participating in the day-to-day administrative tasks and projects within the organization.


You are an administrative superstar with a service-oriented mindset. You take initiative and enjoy working with numbers, improving current processes whenever possible. You can work independently, have strong communication skills, and can easily navigate various systems. You are proactive, have a hands-on mentality, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you have completed an MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) program and have some years of work experience in the financial field.

  • Completed relevant MBO program in the financial field
  • 2-5 years of post-graduate work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Exact Online is a plus
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and a good basis for communicating in English with suppliers
  • Achieve results with a proactive attitude and determination, taking responsibility for your work
  • Organized, accurate, communicative, and a team player
