2. Using our Webshop
When using our web shop, we collect personal data from you. This may include personal data. We store and use personal data provided directly by you in the context of the service you have requested, or for which it is clear at the time of submission that it is provided to us for processing.
We usually process your personal data to conclude or perform an agreement with you, for example when you buy a product from us. Sometimes we process personal data to comply with a legal obligation, such as the keeping of our financial records. For some forms of processing, such as the sending of our newsletter, we ask you for your consent. You can always withdraw this consent by contacting us (see our contact details below). Finally, we can process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest. We only process personal data that we collect directly from you. We do not get personal data from third parties.

2.1. Payment, handling and returning orders
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for payment, processing and any return of an order. We only do this to the extent necessary to perform the agreement with you. If necessary in this context, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. More information on this can be found further down in this privacy statement.

2.2. Personal account
You can create a personal account on our website. To offer you this service, and to conclude or perform our agreement, we use your name, e-mail address and a password chosen by you. When you create a personal account with us, you are automatically participating in our Pink Premium Program. This is our loyalty programme with which you can earn discounts on your order or free products. You can earn Pink Points in different ways, for example by ordering our products online or in-store, by referring a friend with your personal link (‘refer a friend’) or by following our social media accounts. We will register your Pink Points balance and the activity that earned your points. We process these data on the legitimate interest of Pink Gellac, to be able to offer you our loyalty program and engage with our customers. If you do not want to participate and collect Pink Points, you can opt-out any time by contacting our customer care department (add link to Contact page).

2.4. Contact form and newsletter
There are several ways in which you can contact us. This can be done using the contact form or chat function on the website, by e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone. We do so on the basis of a legitimate interest, to help other people to make informed decisions and improve our products and services. You choose the information you wish to publish when you ask a question, review us or post a comment on a blog post.
