Pink Gellac LED lamps are completely safe to use. The lamps used by Pink Gellac only emit UV-A radiation. Scientific research shows that the actual exposure under normal use is well below the risk level for UV-A light. The radiation is comparable to 3-4 minutes of sunlight exposure in April. Our gloves have a UPF50+ rating and blocks over 98% of UVA and UVB rays. The specially formulated fabric acts as a barrier, blocking UV rays emitted.
