Placed an order online. Never received it. The reason I'm still giving this company 4 stars is because the customer service was helpful and the store staff (where I ended up making my purchase) were friendly and helpful. It's a shame that the gel doesn't last long and I was forced to get fake nails.

It's a really nice brand. You can do your nails really nicely and well. They also last for 2-3 weeks. Great!

The "so-called" new colors often look very similar to older versions. With some, there is hardly any difference. This is a disadvantage of buying online. The colors differ from those displayed on a computer screen.

Quick and easy to order online and delivered. It's a shame that not all the colors are available in the favorites on the website and that there is still a color difference between online and real life. The price is on the high side. Some polishes don't turn out as nicely. I'm also not a fan of the primer. It doesn't work any better than when I don't use primer (the brush also splits in two instead of fanning out).
