Preparation
Make sure your nails are shorter than the Press-ons. Gently buff the nail plate with the nail file. Then degrease the nails with a nail wipe with some cleaner. Use the Size Matcher to find the right size. Each press-on should align with your natural nail edges without overlapping. File the sides if needed for a better fit.

How to apply
With Glue Pads: Choose the Glue Pad with the same number as the Press-on Nail and place it on your nail. Smooth out with a woodstick and then remove the film. Place the Press-on Nail at a 45° angle, press down slowly, and hold for 60 seconds.
With Nail Glue: Apply a thin layer of glue to your natural nail and to the inside of the Press-on Nail. Place the nail at a 45° angle to the cuticle and press down firmly for 60 seconds.

How to remove
With Glue Pads: Soak your nails in warm soapy water with cuticle oil for 10 minutes. Then, lift the press-on off with the woodstick. Remove any glue residue off the natural nail with remover and a nail wipe. To reuse, slide off the glue residue from the underside of the Press-on Nail with the woodstick.
With Nail Glue: Soak your nails in warm soapy water with cuticle oil for 10 minutes. Then, lift the press-on off with the woodstick, add remover in between to make the removing process easier. Remove the glue residue off the natural nail with remover and a nail wipe.

I ordered a starter kit during a Valentine's Day promotion, which included a free nail polish. When I checked my order in my email, I saw that the free nail polish wasn't included. I contacted them about this and received a quick response. They said that for some reason the nail polish hadn't been included, but that they would send it separately right away because my original package was already on its way. I thought that was really well handled. The next day, I received the starter kit. Unfortunately, the nail prep was leaking. I contacted them about this as well. They immediately apologized and sent a new nail prep free of charge. In addition, I also received 100 free points in my account as compensation. Pink Gellac's customer service is truly excellent. Ik had een starterspakket besteld tijdens een valentijnsactie, waarbij je een gratis lakje cadeau kreeg. Toen ik in mijn mail mijn bestelling controleerde, zag ik dat het gratis lakje er niet bij stond. Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen en kreeg al snel een reactie. Ze gaven aan dat het lakje er om een of andere reden niet bij was gekomen, maar dat ze het direct apart zouden nasturen omdat mijn oorspronkelijke pakket al onderweg was. Dat vond ik echt top geregeld. De volgende dag ontving ik het starterspakket. Helaas bleek de nail prep te lekken. Ook hierover heb ik weer contact opgenomen. Ze boden meteen hun excuses aan en stuurden kosteloos een nieuwe nail prep op. Daarnaast kreeg ik ook nog eens 100 gratis punten in mijn account als tegemoetkoming. De klantenservice van Pink Gellac is echt uitstekend. Ze reageren snel via WhatsApp, verzenden ontzettend snel en komen met klantvriendelijke oplossingen wanneer er iets misgaat. Bovendien is de kwaliteit van de producten ook gewoon heel goed.
