Orange Nail Art

In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through each step so you can recreate this bright and stylish manicure at home with ease.

For this look we're using our Build it Base in the colour Tender Pink, 369 Bright Orange for the open French and 364 Energizing Orange for the reversed French. But, you can choose any colour combination you like.
If you prefer regular Gel Polish as your base, then 419 Marshmallow Nude is your way to go.

Start with the perfect nail prep routine and your favourite Base Coat. Don't forget to finish off you your look with Top Coat and to clean the sticky residue with Cleaner.

Step 1: Apply Build it Base

Wondering how to apply Build it Base? Read the step-by-step in our blog. Apply two layers of Tender Pink and let it cure for 120 seconds under the LED lamp.

Step 2: Create the bottom line of the open French

Start with the open French by defining the height of the bottom line. Use a Fine Liner to apply a dot in the middle of your nail and paint two lines with 369 Bright Orange from the sides to the dot in the middle. To make it easier, you can also apply a dot on each side of your nail, to make sure you have an even line. Then create the bottom line of the French by connecting the lines.

Step 3: Finish the open French

Paint along the sides of the tip of the nail to create the upper line of the open French design. Once your satisfied, cure the design for 60 seconds under the LED Lamp.

Step 4: Create the reversed French

Make this design complete by painting a line with 364 Energizing Orange around the whole bottom of the nail. Keep enough distance from your cuticle to prevent the polish from getting in contact with your skin. Once your happy with the design cure this again for 60 seconds under the LED Lamp.
